What to include

For reports and appeals. Incomplete tickets take longer.

  • The target's Discord ID, TrustID, wallet or game username
  • Full, uncropped chats or an export with dates visible
  • Payment proof with a transaction ID or hash
  • What was agreed and what went wrong, in a few sentences

Never send passwords, tokens, 2FA codes, real names or ID documents.
