Weighing both sides
Listed? Make your case.
Every record can be appealed. Staff who had nothing to do with the original case make the call.
What happens next.
Three steps, with a clock on each. These are commitments, not targets.
Every step, on one ticket.
You get an appeal ID the moment you file. Each check shows up as it happens, here and in your private Discord channel.
What works, what doesn't.
Valid grounds
- SettledA refund receipt plus confirmation from the filer.
- Wrong personWrong ID, impersonation or a hacked account (support ticket, security emails, dates).
- Counter-evidenceProof of delivery, different terms, or faked evidence.
Not grounds
- “It was ages ago” or “I've changed”, with no refund
- Insults, threats or pressure on the filer or staff
- Offers of money, gifts or favours. We never take them.
What to include
- The case ID, like
TDB-7K3Q - The listed ID and any other accounts involved, as IDs
- Which ground applies, in a sentence or two
- Original evidence: uncropped screenshots with dates, chat exports, message links, receipts with transaction IDs. Hacked account? Add a Discord support ticket or security emails.
Never send passwords, tokens, 2FA codes, real names or ID documents.
Who can appeal
- Appeal from the listed account. Lost it? Show proof you own it.
- No appeals for someone else, except partner staff with written consent.
- One appeal per listing every 30 days, unless you've got genuinely new evidence.
- Severe or network records: after 90 days, unless we got the wrong person.
Private by default
Only you, the appeals team and management see your appeal. The outcome updates the public record. Harassment ends the appeal. Faked, edited or AI-made evidence ends it on the spot and can get you banned.

Have the case ID and your evidence ready. You'll get a ticket ID to track every step.
